The Town House has recently made
two additions to the accommodation facilities at the hotel, with the
introduction of two executive lets. Both houses have been recently
refurbished to a very high standard
and are ideal for either a short or long stay.
Cadham Square is situated on the outskirts
of the of Markinch on the edge of Balbirnie Park in the
conservation area of Cadham, which is approximately 1.5 miles from
the hotel. Hill Place is situated
in Markinch, on the edge of Balbirnie Park and is only 1/2 mile from
the hotel.
Both houses come with colour television,
DVD player, washing machine, microwave, fridge, hairdryer,
oven & gas hob. The houses are available for stays of 1 night
to a month and can accommodate
a maximum of 4 persons at any one time.
The excutive lets have already proven
very successful for couples attending weddings in the nearby
area, offering more space and privacy and the oportunity to entertain
friends.
